عبارة عن مستوى متقدم للمستوى المبتدئ من الاكسل ،حيث تحتوي على دوال أكثر وأشمل ولاتعتمد فقط على الدوال التي تتعامل مع أبسط العمليات الحسابية كالجمع والمتوسط الحسابي، ولكنها تعني أيضا بالدوال الوقتيه ، وتشمل دوال نصية ، ودوال تجعل عمليات البحث داخل المستندات أسهل وأكثر دقة ، ودوال نستطيع من خلالها عمل تقارير للموظفين ،وطباعة فواتير ، أو تجهيز شهادات .. أيضا من ضمن ماتحويه الدورة هو كيفية عمل واجهة إدارية لإدارة أوراق العمل الخاصة بالمنشئات في صفحات الاكسل ، وكيفية التحقق من صحة البيانات وتحديد نوعية البيان المطلوب داخل الخلية حتى يتسنى للمستخدم التعامل مع الاستبيانات بكل سهولة ومعرفة ما المعلومة المطلوب منه إدخالها، يوجد أيضا نموذج مصغر لجدول كشف رواتب وآلية التعامل مع جداول مماثلة وبعض العمليات الحسابية المهمة لمثل هذه الجداول.
